Gender STI

Gender STI

We are proud to be part of a new world wide project where we can give some insights from our acitivities to other scientists, but also learn a lot from a large expert group.

Gender STI is an international Research project that aims to analyze the participation of women in science, technology and innovation (STI) dialogues between Europe and third countries. The project will focus on four key areas: gender equality in scientific careers, gender balance in decision making and the integration of the gender dimension in Research and Innovation (R&I) content.

The Project has put in place a strategy to co-design solutions to address the gender equality challenges and work to engage relevant stakeholders in bilateral and multilateral dialogues in STI.

We have a common goal and Gender STI will co-design solutions to common challenges found in these areas through a design thinking process. The Gender STI consortium is made up of partners from 16 countries in four continents.
